I had a chance to speak to Dr. Balmer before he got his new job. I had really hoped I had gotten through to him, and that he'd be coming back to Project Genesis and Utopia, but I guess he found someplace better for him. Good luck on that, I guess, but it makes me sad to see more people abandoning ship, rather than trying to fix problems.

It may be worthwhile to consider that, among virtually all institutions (from governments to corporations), change rarely occurs from within; rather, it happens as a result of outside influences.
